Delivery and ownership terms.

Price and payment

USD $6,668. Complete the Build application before payment. We review fit and agree the written scope before requesting the first fifty percent. The remaining fifty percent is due before launch and final handover.

Cancellation, pauses and rescheduling

Before production starts. You may cancel in writing before we have received the first payment, agreed the written scope, received the required access and source material. We refund the first payment less any approved, non-recoverable third-party costs.

After production starts. The first fifty percent is applied to discovery, strategy, reserved production capacity, and completed milestones. You pay only for completed or accepted milestones and approved third-party costs. The remaining fifty percent is not due for work we do not deliver.

Client delays. If required inputs, approvals, or access are unavailable for 30 consecutive days, the project pauses. Delivery resumes when these are provided and a new production slot is confirmed. After 90 days of pause, either party may end the engagement under the cancellation rule above.

If Authority cannot deliver. If Authority cannot deliver an agreed milestone because of its own facilitator or production availability, we will offer a comparable reschedule. If we cannot agree one within 60 days, we refund payments allocated to undelivered milestones.

All cancellations, pauses, reschedules, completed milestones, and payment adjustments must be confirmed in writing. The written scope records the delivery milestones and the fee share assigned to each one.

Scope and revisions

The named Build assets and two consolidated revision rounds are included. The written scope selects one video script or one edited video montage using existing footage, photos and slides, and records its length and required materials. Live video shooting is not included. Extra work, changed strategy, advertising, print, and third-party services need written agreement.

• Search and AI visibility foundations. Search-friendly website pages, structured data, a sitemap, and clear answers about your expertise.
• Signature training programme outline. A buyer-ready outline with the intended audience, learning objectives, modules, and delivery format.
• Newsletter and email signup. A signup form connected to your email platform, lead magnet delivery, and a welcome email sequence.
• Case studies and written testimonials. Case studies written from existing client evidence, with client-approved written testimonials organised for your website.
• Thought-leadership articles. Articles adapted from your signature framework and existing training material.
• Framework tools and templates. Practical worksheets, checklists or templates that apply your signature framework.

The written scope records quantities, lengths, formats, acceptance conditions, and the email platform and connections. The client supplies source material, evidence and permission to publish client names, quotes and results. Ongoing email-platform and other third-party costs are paid directly by the client.

Ownership and ongoing costs

The client owns and controls their NLC workspace, domain, website files, source material, and business data from day one. The client pays ongoing NLC, domain, hosting, email, booking, and other third-party costs directly.

Support and handover

Handover includes the agreed files, configurations, and administrator access. For 30 days after launch, we correct defects caused by our implementation. No commercial result is promised.

Price and payment

USD $2,198. Fifty percent confirms the place. The remaining fifty percent is due seven days before the first live day.

Ownership and exclusions

Participants own their framework, source material, and drafts. Lab does not include final book editing or typesetting, a live website, technical connections, photography production, or Done-for-You launch content.

Cancellations and rescheduling

There is no refund or performance guarantee. If we must reschedule because venue or facilitator availability prevents delivery, paid amounts transfer to the next published date. Any agreed participant alternative is confirmed in writing.
